One of the best things about shooting weddings? Getting invited over to document their next journey together...the wonder and magic of having a baby!  Two great people, one great big belly, one fun afternoon :) 

...and I was just notified that Mister Alden Moore was safely ushered into this world on April 30th ~ Amanda, Adam & Alden all doing wonderfully.  Congratulations!  I can't wait to meet him next week and to photograph the three of them as a new family! Stay tuned for the next chapter...

I simply had to walk 5 blocks to get to my new friend Samantha's house for her first (of three!) sessions. We are neighbores!  So awesome.  Samantha's cool mom and Dad signed up for my Year in Pictures Sessions, which means that I will have the great pleasure of documenting Samantha's milestones as she enteres into her first year of life... and this visit it was BUBBLES! Looking forward to the warmer months ahead when we will be able to take advantage of all the great photos spots around this fun neighborhood.  So great to meet you guys :)

Zachary's First Session!
a Year In Pictures

Oooooooooh, little feet & little toes!  I got to meet Jini & Stephen's newest arrival Zachary when he was only 9 days old ;) He was so alert I couldn't believe it!  His big sister Sienna was already settling into her new role, giving her little brother precious kisses.  Sienna and I are old friends now since I have been photographing her since she was born too!  It was great to see the family again, and I look forward to capturing all of Zachary's milestones in his Year In Pictures sessions to follow xx

Sophie's Walking!

I have been honored with documenting Tyler & Sophie since they were both born (pre-blog posting, hopefully one rainy day I'll get some past sessions up for a treat)!  This is my 8th session with them now~ wow! ~  and I still can't get enough of them.  This session was especially sweet because Sophie's walking now :)  We actually pushed our session date up a bit so I could catch her new road-bound energy on camera.  Look at her go! I adore this family, not only because of how wonderful they have been letting me document the milestones of their family all these years, but also because they never say no to any of my crazy requests... how many times have you guys laid down in the the snow & leaves & sidewalk for me, or jumped a dozen times to get that perfect laugh?  Tons!  Thank you so much Jackie & Maynard for being adventurous and sharing the smiles of your beautiful kids over the past years. xx
